In June 2017 our founder Donavan Lane stepped back into the role of CEO and a new leadership team was created to lead Innovia. This team was created with the goal of improving our company's overall strategy as we continue to grow. Today we are happy to officially announce our new and improved leadership team that we believe will thrive for years to come.
Donavan Lane will be assuming the title and duties of Chairman. Donavan will continue to provide his vision of the future of the company.
Alan Wyne has become our Chief Executive Officer. He will be responsible for all aspects of the business and leading the efforts to execute on the company vision and work to ensure continued profitability and growth.
Brian Hines has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Brian will continue to oversee all financial aspects of the business.
Tom Doran is now Chief Marketing Officer. Tom’s duties will continue to focus on the sales and marketing side of the business.
Chad Williams has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer. Chad will assume the day to day oversight of all delivery operations. He will work closely with the teams to execute on customers contracts and improve our processes.
Mary Beth Geraci has been named Vice President and Secretary of Innovia Consulting. Mary Beth will help the team with overall business decisions and planning.
This team has proven that they have the skills and expertise needed to lead Innovia Consulting into the future. We look forward to seeing this team work together to grow the company.
