Upgrade your Phone System with Microsoft Teams
Are you tired of your phone system and looking for options? Do you enjoy Microsoft Teams and wish your phone system was as robust as your collaboration software? Well now it can be with the Microsoft Teams Phone with Calling Plan SKU.
So what is the Teams Calling Plan?
Microsoft Teams Calling Plans are a cloud-based offering that enables small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) to replace their traditional phone system. These plans extend the functionality of Microsoft Teams and enable users to make, receive, and transfer calls to and from the public switched telephone network (PSTN), which is what most of us simply refer to as traditional phone service.
Like standard phone systems, A Teams Calling Plan gives you the ability to set up toll numbers, toll-free numbers, and automated phone menu systems. You can even setup phone numbers for each of your employees.
Because it works with Microsoft Teams, you can turn any computer, phone, or tablet into a phone that uses your Team's number. You can respond to calls anytime and anywhere you have access to a device, which is critical for remote workers and field personnel. You can even keep your existing phone numbers by porting them over to the new plan. Your customers and prospects will only notice the change in your enhanced availability.
