Innovia Consulting is pleased to announce that they have completed an acquisition of Competitive Edge Services (CES). CES is a Massachusetts based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (also known as Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Navision) value added reseller that has been in business for over 30 years. This acquisition will give Innovia a stronger presence in the Northeast region of the U.S. “We are excited to welcome the Competitive Edge Services team into the Innovia Consulting family,” says Innovia’s CEO Alan Wyne. “Their team is comprised of 6 experienced consultants and we are thrilled to welcome them into our family. In addition, we will be welcoming CES’ owner Pat Lacouture to Innovia’s Customer Engagement team where she will continue to work with the CES client base.”
Innovia’s founder, Donavan Lane has known Pat for many years and is also excited to welcome the CES team to Innovia. Recently, Innovia worked with CES on a project and this led to a discussion of joining forces. Both companies have a similar culture, making it a good fit. Over the next few weeks Innovia will be welcoming the new team and beginning the process of onboarding CES clients to Innovia.
