I often find myself trying to coordinate a meeting with people outside of our company. I find it very challenging when multiple resources are involved. I recently came upon a Microsoft Garage project called FindTime. It’s an add-in for Outlook that helps you come to an agreeable time for a meeting across companies. FindTime offers suggestions on what days and times works best for people within your organization. It also proposes your selections to all the attendees and allows everyone to vote. Once everyone has agreed on a time, it sends out a meeting invite on your behalf, eliminating all the back and forth emails we’ve become accustomed to.
