Before coming to Innovia, Scott worked in the grocery store sector and has experience in manufacturing. He leverages this background to help customers understand how their ERP systems affect day-to-day operations so they can make the right calls.

Jim Weaver is the Director of New Client Engagement at Innovia Consulting focused on food industry customers. Drawing on his more than 40 years of experience in foodservice, sales, distribution, and operations, he helps food manufacturers and distributors get the most out of their Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV ERP systems.

Before joining Innovia, Jim served as a Sales Representative at two independent food distributors and as a National Account Executive for two major foodservice distributors, working as a liaison between the company and various concepts managing their contracts with high-level executives.
