One of the questions we get asked most frequently is what deep-dive training options we have for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its predecessor Microsoft Dynamics NAV. While we had many great learning resources at Innovia already, we felt there was still an opportunity to provide deep-dive Business Central training in the areas that matter most to your business. After several rounds of discussions internally, we decided to launch a new training offering to meet the needs of our customers and the Dynamics community. Whatever you want to call them, training classes, training courses, or training workshops, all these terms collectively refer to the same thing: Innovia Training Workshops.

Great question. All of the Innovia Training Workshops are very affordable. Let's look at each facet of our pricing in a little more detail.
We keep pricing simple.
A common barrier we see for Dynamics NAV training is the high cost to train all users. In response, we decided to price our training classes per company. You only pay once, and any member of your team can attend or access the recording after the event.
As a thank you to our Innovia clients, we established a 10% discount for all Innovia Customers. This discount will be reflected in the invoice you receive from the Innovia Accounting Department.
For our customers who have also designated Innovia as their Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP), we increase that discount to 20% off the list price.
For courses currently scheduled, you just need to have one person from your company fill out the form. Our accounting department will automatically apply the appropriate discounts before sending the invoice. Once we receive payment, we send over the link to the Teams meeting. You are then free to forward that meeting link to anyone in your organization.
For any class not currently scheduled, the website page will feature a ‘Request the Workshop’ form. Fill it out, and we will let you know when the workshop has been scheduled. We will preference your requested times but may need to choose an alternative based on instructor availability. After the workshop has been scheduled, you will receive the invoice (with any applicable discounts). Upon receipt of payment, we will send a copy of the Teams link to you. You are welcome to forward that link to any member of your team.
Please note, this is not private training. All requested workshops will then be added to the calendar, and anyone can register to attend.
Yes, you can! However, private training does fall under our standard Innovia rates. Please reach out to your Customer Engagement Specialist if you would like to request private training. If you don't have a rep please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 800-834-7700 we will get that training set up for you.
Yes, please note that in-person training is only available for our Manufacturing / Development workshops. They are typically held in the towns of our Innovia office buildings. Registrants are responsible for their travel costs and accommodations.
We are currently working on getting our AASCB accreditation and will offer CPE credits on select Innovia Training Workshops in the future.
