Why Manufacturing ERP Projects Struggle After Go-Live: Lessons From the Field

September 8th, 2026 | 1 pm CT/2 pm ET

Many manufacturing ERP projects appear successful at go-live—only to struggle months later as inventory accuracy declines, costing results differ from expectations, and planning tools go unused.

This webinar dives into why that happens and what manufacturers can do to prevent it. Based on real-world Business Central projects, we’ll explore the most common post–go-live challenges, including incomplete process adoption, misunderstood costing behavior, and disconnects between system design and daily operations. Rather than focusing on features, the session highlights how people, process, and data discipline ultimately determine long-term success. You’ll learn how to identify early warning signs, stabilize your environment before issues escalate, and take practical steps to protect the value of your ERP investment—so your system continues to support growth, visibility, and control well beyond go-live.
