Jim focuses on West Coast clients. Before joining Innovia, Jim spent 10 years at Lanham Associates, where he served as the Chief Product Evangelist and Partner Channel Manager. Jim has been engaged in either selling or implementing business systems since 1995. After spending a few years in the U.S. Navy, he earned degrees in accounting and information systems. Starting first as an Operations Manager in consumer products companies, Jim joined a small technology firm delivering solutions based on what was then known as Solomon and Great Plains. Eventually, he learned and became a strong advocate for NAV and Business Central.

Jeff has worked with clients large and small to help them make the most of their Microsoft licensing solutions. Jeff is a technology enthusiast, which has led him to be an early adopter of both hardware and software solutions. Jeff is also the co-host of the Innovia Conversation, where he and Steve share Business Central/NAV tips, interviews, and more. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science.
