This demonstration will provide a high-level overview of the ClickLearn application when used with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The demo will include using ClickLearn to record a few process steps from within Business Central, saving and producing learning materials in seven different formats. We will take a look at all the different materials created, highlighting the customizable templates & edit functionality, and create a Book (categories) & a Shelf (learning portal), then take a look at ClickLearn’s Content Cloud. No demonstration would be complete without having ClickLearn’s Virtual Assistant guide us through a LIVE work process within Business Central!
