Kevin Fons is a Senior Application Consultant at Innovia Consulting with over 17 years of experience in all areas of NAV/ Business Central, including ISV add-ons. He also has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, including many years in management and ERP-focused roles. Because of this background, Kevin has extensive expertise in the areas of supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, EDI, data/system setup, and business operations. At Innovia, Kevin has served as project lead for multiple new and re-implemented NAV/BC projects for a diverse group of customers. He has consistently shown his ability to deliver results on time and on budget.

Jim Augenstein is part of the Innovia Consulting Customer Engagement Team, where he focuses on West Coast clients. Before joining Innovia, Jim spent 10 years at Lanham Associates, where he served as the Chief Product Evangelist and Partner Channel Manager. Jim has been engaged either selling or implementing business systems since 1995. After spending a few years in the U.S. Navy, he earned degrees in accounting and information systems. Starting first as an Operations Manager in consumer products companies, Jim joined a small technology firm delivering solutions based on what were then known as Solomon and Great Plains. Eventually, he learned and became a strong advocate for NAV and Business Central.
