Kelly Norsten - Project Delivery Manager

As a Project Delivery Manager at Innovia, Kelly leads, organizes, and guides her team to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget. Kelly holds a degree in Psychology and has leveraged that to gain real-world experience in IT, HR, Fiscal, and marketing. Kelly loves seeing clients achieve their goals and their greatest visions come to life. In addition, she enjoys helping her team to grow in their skill sets and flourish, both in their careers and personal lives. 

Lisa Doran - Solution Architect

Lisa Doran is a Solution Architect at Innovia Consulting. She helped launch and train the first class of Innovia University in 2022. Lisa has also helped many clients get the most out of their NAV/Business Central ERP systems. She has specific expertise in core financials, manufacturing, warehouse management, Versapay ChargeLogic, Lanham E-ship, Jet Reports, and a host of other Third Party apps. Prior to working in the ERP space, Lisa worked on accounting teams at manufacturing, distribution, and service firms in the Midwest.

Mitzi Ridley - Senior Application Consultant

Mitzi has worked with BC/NAV since her first implementation as Director of Operations at a food distributor. After getting hooked on the system, she transitioned into the partner world and has been helping customers deploy and learn to use their ERP systems ever since. While she enjoys working with clients in every industry, her background gives her unique expertise in the food and machine manufacturing industries. She also has expertise in helping customers in any sector that requires government or mandated inspections/protocols.

Sana Ghansar - Senior Application Consultant

Sana holds a degree in Information Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, where she specialized in relational databases and ERP solutions. With over 15 years of experience—much of it in implementation and support within the manufacturing sector—she brings deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of business processes. Sana is passionate about working with people and has a lifelong love of learning. Outside of work, she enjoys art, reading, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. She also embraces the occasional adventure, whether it's trying a new cuisine or stepping out of her comfort zone for a unique experience.

Natalie Potvin - Application Consultant

Natalie comes to Innovia with a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. She started as an ERP consultant in 2017 and has experience with BC, NAV, and GP, with additional background in CRM and M365 products.

John has worked with Dynamics NAV and now Business Central for over 20 years with a focus on large distribution companies and custom modifications.

Ross Bottorf - Senior Development Consultant

Ross has over 15 years of experience as a Dynamics BC/NAV Developer. He graduated from Arizona State University and now resides in Tucson, Arizona, with his wife and son. Ross enjoys playing the guitar and loves music and living in the Southwest.

Dhruv Patel is a Development Consultant with Innovia Consulting. He has a wealth of experience in Business Central/NAV, coding in a wide variety of languages, and more. He holds a degree in Chemistry and a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering (HDSE) from Gujarat University in India.
