What Is the Innovia Customer Conference?
The Innovia Customer Conference is a free two-day training and networking event hosted by Innovia Consulting. We believe that one thing that makes Innovia unique is our commitment to adding value to our partnership. This event is designed to give you opportunities to meet and learn from members of the Innovia Team, fellow Business Central / NAV users, and our ISV partners.
Why Should I Attend the Innovia Customer Conference?
At the Innovia Customer Conference, you can expect to learn new things about your system that you can take home and use immediately. We carefully structure this event so you learn new skills you can use, no matter your industry or job role.

What Airport Is Closest to the Venue?
Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is a 20-minute drive from the resort.
What Are the Accommodations for the 2023 Conference?
We will make complimentary hotel reservations for our guests on Sunday, May 21. Register for DynamicsCon Live with promo code Innovia2023 before December 31st, and Innovia will also cover your hotel for Monday, May 22.
If you need to make any modifications to your plans, please contact Angie Doorn at adoorn@innovia.com. Please note, we will work with DynamicsCon Live and the hotel to ensure you are in the same room for the duration of your stay in Scottsdale.
How Much Does It Cost To Attend the 2023 Conference?
There is no cost to attend our Customer Conference. All sessions and meals are free. Please note that DynamicsCon Live is a separately ticketed event. You can book your tickets for that event here.
Are Any Meals Provided?
There will be a welcome reception with hors d'oeuvres on Sunday, May 21. We provide catered breakfast and lunch on Monday, May 22.
I Am Not an Innovia Customer. Can I Still Attend?
Good news, you can still attend as a special guest! Please complete the registration form. Please note that if we have not previously met you, you will need to have a conversation with someone from our team before attending.

The welcome reception for DynamicsCon Live will occur in the evening on Monday, May 22. You must be registered for Live to attend this reception.
Where Is the List of Breakout Sessions?
We plan to announce our agenda early 2023. When released, the agenda can be found on the main conference webpage and will be emailed to all registered attendees.
What Kind of Breakout Sessions Can I Expect To See?
Our content will be related to Business Central, Power Platform, and the latest Microsoft Cloud innovations. You can also expect to see content that gives you deeper insight into the add-ons available for your system.
Which ISV Partners Are Attending This Event?
Our ISV partners will be able to start securing slots in Q4 2022. As those arrangements are confirmed, we will add sponsors to our official Customer Conference 2023 page.

DynamicsCon Live FAQs
Why Is This Event the Same Week As DynamicsCon Live?
This is the Dynamics User Group Community Conference conveniently located at the same venue.
Our friends at Dynamics User Group (DUG) received user survey feedback and found that May was when the community wanted to attend DynamicsCon Live. We decided to join forces for 2023 and offer two back-to-back events in the same week.
Please note these events are separate and will require individual registrations for both.
Can I Attend Just the Innovia Customer Conference?
Yes, while we encourage both events, you are certainly allowed to attend one event without the other.
How Do I Register for DynamicsCon Live?
Please follow this link to register for DynamicsCon Live. And use the promo code Innovia2023 before December 31st, and Innovia will cover your hotel room for Monday, May 22.
Can I Stay in the Same Hotel Room for Both Events?
Our team will work closely with the DUG and the Scottsdale Plaza to make your hotel experience a seamless transition from one event to the other.
