Rebecca Boyd - Project Delivery Manager

Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in business, including over five years in the Mental Health industry. She has held management roles in Supply Chain, Materials, Customer Service, Manufacturing ERP Support, BOM Configuration, and Lean/5S+Safety/JIT.

She has previous experience with implementations from the customer side, working with consultants to develop and test software customizations to best meet her company’s goals. This gives her unique insight and understanding of a customer’s needs and expectations.

David Morales - Senior Application Consultant

David is our trilingual Microsoft BC/NAV Consultant. He has a BSc in Business Administration and specializes in Project Evaluation, Management, and Energy Resources. He is passionate and positive about serving and helping people, customers, and companies evolve their IT strategy and business processes and develop their users' skill sets.
Abilities and strengths: Proactive, innovative, good planner, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility, focused on the results and the plan, and empowering the client with the right tools and knowledge. David enjoys working with a team or individually and proposing new ways to obtain profitability and productivity for all he works with. 

Lynne Braden - Senior Application Consultant

Lynne holds an BS degree in Mathematics with a Minor in Business. Lynne's career has been rooted in the accounting field, with roles such as Accounting Manager, Controller, and IT Specialist. Since 2009, Lynne has worked with NAV, collaborating with partner firms to develop modifications and sync with an external database of over 700 consultants. In her previous roles, Lynne has led the consolidation of 20+ companies into one using NAV, working with various modules, and creating numerous Jet Reports for management, and has implemented projects involving inventory management, approval workflows, data exchange definitions, and fund accounting. She extended her BC table knowledge to assist multiple Cosmos clients. 

Lynne's logical mindset and empathy for user challenges make her a great problem solver and her experience in accounting, IT, and report writing has shaped her into a well-rounded consultant. 

Don Dyck - Application Consultant

Don Dyck holds an impressive record of over 20 years as an ERP consultant and project manager with a focus on implementing NAV and Business Central solutions. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Don's primary emphasis in Business Central falls within the Financial Management realm. However, his extensive knowledge and experience extend beyond finance, covering various aspects of the software.

Based in Alberta, Canada, Don received a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Alberta, before earning his Chartered Professional Accountant designation. Don worked in public practice for several years before getting involved in ERP software implementations and ultimately deciding to pursue this field full-time.

Galen Norman - Application Consultant

Galen comes to Innovia with a background in project management in warehouse racking and material handling installation.  As a project manager, he utilized Dynamics NAV for purchasing, revenue management, and trend recognition.  His experience using NAV—and later Business Central—and other accounting tools and reports as a project manager led him to pursue an accounting degree.  He looks forward to using his accounting education, project management experience, and positive attitude to achieve success as an application consultant. Prior to his experience in project management, Galen spent 8 years in corrections, probation, and parole, and that experience fostered an unstoppable work ethic and passion for helping others.

Andre Cavalcanti - Senior Development Consultant

Andre has worked with Dynamics NAV and Business Central for more than 14 years, specializing in industries such as retail, manufacturing, and warehousing. He worked with partners in Canada, the United States, and Brazil. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Communication and Networks from Westminster University, UK. Andre loves learning new languages and speaks English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Rick Folkner - Development Consultant

Rick works on the Development Team at Innovia. He has been working with Dynamics NAV since 2007, starting with version 4.0. He has done development work in many areas of NAV, including Financials, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, and Warehouse.
