Annette has successfully managed over 30 NAV upgrades. She is an experienced project manager who has served in that role at several other companies before joining Innovia. She is a talented programmer and has accounting experience as well. She has worked with some of Innovia’s largest customers, including those with a global presence. Annette and her team have worked with customers in the manufacturing, distribution, and food industries. She hold a degree in accounting from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Jenny Hollingsworth - Solution Architect

Jenny has served as lead consultant for over 50 BC/NAV implementation and over 50 upgrades, where she has helped clients optimize their systems' finance, manufacturing, and other functions to meet their unique goals. She is a sought-after speaker in the BC/NAV community and has presented on manufacturing best practices at numerous conferences, including Community Summit. She is also an instructor for the Innovia Training Workshops.

Kevin Fons - Solution Architect

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in all areas of NAV/ Business Central, including ISV add-ons. He also has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, including many years in management and ERP-focused roles. Because of this background, Kevin has extensive expertise in the areas of supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, EDI, data/system setup, and business operations. At Innovia, Kevin has served as project lead for multiple new and re-implemented NAV/BC projects for a diverse group of customers. He has consistently shown his ability to deliver results on time and on budget.

Andrei Bruzgulis - Solution Architect

Andrei has implemented ERP systems at more than 40 companies in the US in diverse industries, like distribution, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and insurance. In addition to Business Central/NAV, he also has experience implementing Insight Works solutions, Walters Kluwer tax solutions, Experlogix CPQ, and many more. He holds a Master's Degree in High Energy Physics from Syracuse University.

Bryce earned his Associate's Degree in Software Development at Mid-State Technical College in Steven’s Point. His interest in computers and technology started at a young age from playing video games and working with his dad’s computer. As he grew up, Bryce found his niche for technology because he could easily understand and absorb it while still having fun. Today, he is skilled in NAV Development from 5.0 through Business Central, Object-Oriented Programming, Web Design, Web Development, Agile Environments, and Customer Service.

Chris Schroeder - Development Consultant

Development Consultant Chris Schroeder comes to Innovia with extensive Business Central / NAV and IT administration experience. Chris started working with ERPs in 2005 as an IT system administrator and programmer. He started working with Business Central / NAV in 2010 and has worked primarily in the manufacturing industry, including food, jewelry, solar panel, and CBD companies.
