Upgrade your Phone System with Microsoft 365 Business Voice
Are you tired of your phone system and looking for options? Do you enjoy Microsoft Teams and wish your phone system was as robust as your collaboration software? Well now it can be with Microsoft 365 Business Voice!
What is Business Voice?
Microsoft 365 Business Voice is a new cloud-based offering that enables small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) to replace their traditional phone system. Business Voice extends the functionality of Microsoft Teams and enables users to make, receive, and transfer calls to and from the public switched telephone network (PSTN), which is what most of us simply refer to as traditional phone service.
Like standard phone systems, Business Voice gives you the ability to setup toll numbers, toll free numbers, and automated phone menu systems. You can also enjoy audio conferencing and setup phone numbers for each of your employees.
Because it works with Microsoft Teams, you can turn any computer, phone, or tablet into a phone that uses your Business Voice number. You can respond to calls anytime and anywhere you have access to a device, which is critical for remote workers and field personnel. You can even keep your existing phone numbers by porting them over to Business Voice. Your customers and prospects will only notice the change in your enhanced availability.
