What is the Innovia Customer Conference?

The Innovia Customer Conference is a free two-day event full of educational sessions and networking hosted by Innovia Consulting. We believe that one thing that makes Innovia unique is our commitment to adding value to our partnership. This event is designed to give you opportunities to meet and learn from members of the Innovia Team, fellow Business Central / NAV users, and our Third Party App (ISV) partners.

This event will be held on April 14-15, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency in Indianapolis. The venue address is:

What airport is closest to the venue?

Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is a 19-minute drive from the hotel.

What are the accommodations for the 2026 Innovia Customer Conference?

If you book your hotel by March 9th, 2026, Innovia will cover the cost of two nights' accommodation for our customers.

Sponsors are responsible for their own accommodations.

How much does it cost to attend the conference?

There is no cost to attend our conference for our customers. All sessions and meals during the conference are free. 

Are any meals provided?

There will be a welcome reception with hors d'oeuvres on Tuesday, April 14th. We provide catered breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, April 15th.

I am not an Innovia client. Can I still attend?

Absolutely! Please note that if we have not previously engaged with your organization, you will need to have a conversation with someone from our team before your registration is approved.

What Is the conference schedule?

Please visit our conference homepage to see this year's general schedule. The detailed breakout session agenda will be posted closer to the start of the conference and is subject to change. 

What kind of breakout sessions can I expect to see?

Our content will be related to Business Central, Power Platform, and the latest Microsoft Cloud innovations. You can also expect to see content that gives you deeper insight into the Third Party Apps (ISVs) available for your system.
