Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in business, including over five years in the Mental Health industry. She has held management roles in Supply Chain, Materials, Customer Service, Manufacturing ERP Support, BOM Configuration, and Lean/5S+Safety/JIT.

She has previous experience with implementations from the customer side, working with consultants to develop and test software customizations to best meet her company’s goals. This gives her unique insight and understanding of a customer’s needs and expectations.

Sebastien Roy - Development Consultant

Sebastien has been working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC since 2006. Throughout that time, he has developed a large set of skills in the various technical aspects of the Business Central ERP system. His love for analyzing and solving problems is evident in his background as a mathematics teacher and software developer. His detail-oriented approach is an asset to the clients he works with.

On a personal level, Sebastien speaks both French and English. He lives with his wife and their two kids in Edmonton, Alberta. When not working, even though not as active as he once was, he still enjoys a good game of shinny, a bike ride, or any family sporting activity.

Aaron Sheppard - Development Consultant

Aaron comes to Innovia with NAV/Business Central experience since starting with Dynamics in 2003. He started working with NAV in 2003 and has worked primarily in financials and NFP organizations.

Aaron lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, with his wife and two children, Wyatt and Brez. He also chases around his two shelties, Porter and Finn. In his off time, Aaron enjoys working and catching up on TV by binge-watching series. He also enjoys going to spectate at car shows looking at the older automobiles, and cheering on his local hockey and football teams. Go Oilers!! Go Elks!!

Savannah Dill - Power Platform Consultant

Savannah Dill came to Innovia with experience as a graphic designer and an emerging taste for UX design and research. Savannah thinks of herself as a hybrid practitioner, both a thinker and a doer, being able not only to identify real opportunities at the fuzzy front end of the innovation process but also, design, develop and help drive a product to completion. Savannah plans on spearheading the innovation process at Innovia through design thinking and creating the best overall user experience for our clients. She has a strong and diverse academic background with a Bachelor of General Studies degree focused on Science and Mathematics from Indiana University South Bend and graduated with her master’s degree in Emerging Media Design and Development at Ball State University in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and playing tabletop games.

Isaiah Donley - Power Platform Consultant

Isaiah comes from an Education Background, teaching Psychology in a high school setting, designing student support programs, and using Power Platform to optimize student performance and program health. His experience with Power Platform has solidified his passion for data and technology and has clarified the potential of Power Platform to increase productivity and efficiency. Isaiah received his B.A. in Psychology from Upper Iowa University and his M.A. in Psychology from Santa Clara University. He enjoys reading, working out, and going to the beach. Isaiah lives in Southern California, outside Los Angeles, with his wife and their dog Bruce.
