Innovia is Cloud Ready! Rinse, wash, repeat.. Innovia has been Cloud ready for years!

If you haven’t already noticed…Microsoft has been preparing us for the Cloud transformation. They have been building data centers, investing heavily in virtualized technologies such as Azure and preparing all of their products to integrate with what is called their “Common Data Model”.

What does this Cloud and “Common Data Model” mean to you?  That means that your Microsoft software and your business data is transportable between all applications.  As an example, Microsoft Dynamics NAV can be accessed from Outlook, your reporting can be in Excel, and Power BI can draw information from Microsoft Office 365. Imagine all the Microsoft programs that you use... seamlessly integrated.  Cool, huh?

This also means that the investment that you’ve made in your Microsoft software and operating systems is now going to be transportable if you wish to move it to the Cloud now or in the future.

Imagine no more need for local servers or the rooms and the cost associated with them.  More good news is that you can move to the Cloud on the timetable that benefits your business.  When that old server is about to be decommissioned, we’ll help you spin up an Azure site, transfer your applications and you’re ready.

We are here to help.  We can provide Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Azure, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and give you the world class customer service that you have come to love and expect from Innovia.

Pay close attention to our upcoming webinars as we demystify the new Cloud programs and show you how to move forward with confidence.

As always, we’re ready on your time frame!

Is your inventory count taking too long? How to take inventory more quickly and for less money.

The performance of ERP systems is closely tied to the data they are fed. Both the volume and accuracy of data will heavily impact the usefulness an ERP has on an organization. Often overlooked by organizations integrating or currently using an ERP, is the process used to supply an ERP with continuous and accurate data.

Sales taking a slide? Here are some ways CRM can help increase opportunities.

What was the main reason you decided to invest in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)? If you are like most CRM buyers, it was likely to increase sales. Did your Leadership Team have discussions on how to take your sale processes (if you have them defined) and automate them? Most companies do not have methods to measure call activity, account management, opportunity management, or territory management. It is nearly impossible to automate something that is not defined in a process.
