It’s the start of another year.   I always like the beginning of the year because there is so much to do and look forward to.  One of the highlights of the year is our customer conference.  The Innovia customer conference is one of the largest user conferences in the US for NAV/BC.  This year the conference will be May 20th and 21st and will be at the Morris Inn on the Campus of Notre Dame.   If you haven’t been to our customer conference before I highly recommend you attend.

As in years past, there will be a large number of Innovia staff attending.  People you talk with on the phone but maybe have never met.  This is a great opportunity to meet them face to face and catch up over snacks and cocktails or attend one of the many sessions our staff puts on.  We also have 22 ISV’s attending the conference.   Each will have a booth with their expert staff and will also be doing a session to show their product offerings and answer your questions.

Customers in the past have raved about the quality of the sessions and information provided during this conference.  In 2019 we had 93 customers attend.  In 2020 we are expecting 125 or more customers.  With that many users in one place, you can’t help but take home some tips and tricks that will help your users.

We would like to see all our customers send staff to this event.  As an added bonus, Innovia will pay for the rooms of all attendees who register by Feb. 28. You can go to the homepage of Innovia.com for more information and to register.  Feel free to contact your account manager with any questions.

Come join the fun in May.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Best Regards,

Alan Wyne, CEO

Innovia Team News
Mary Malone

We are happy to announce Mary Malone as our newest Customer Engagement Specialist. Mary’s career began in the management advisory group of a national accounting firm in the mid-1980s. Since then, Mary has held a variety of senior leadership roles at two startup survey data research companies, one health care related and one in transportation; where she honed her skills as a “data geek” and “culture freak.” At her own firm, Mary helped health care and other businesses succeed by lending her expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, change management, process improvement, customer service and employee engagement. Mary and her husband Kevin are avid travelers and Packer fans. Mary is closing in on her 100th Bruce Springsteen concert.

Keith Sayer

We are also happy to announce that Keith Sayer has joined us as one of our Marketing Specialists.  Keith is a content-focused marketer with a broad range of marketing experiences. He has a strong background in operations and customer service. Before joining Innovia, he worked with a startup technology firm in the transportation industry, a university hospital, and a nonprofit organization. He graduated from Anderson University with a dual-major in English and Religious Studies before earning a Master’s degree at Vanderbilt University in 2013. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing (and talking about) video games, and taking care of his dog and two cats.
