Bob is a business executive and consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and management of business processes and systems, working primarily with manufacturing and distribution firms, as well as non-profits. He has been involved in a wide variety of business and technology strategy and planning initiatives, often during times of significant transition, and acted as a trusted advisor to executives and business owners.

At Innovia Consulting, Bob manages the firm’s relationship with a diverse set of clients. He utilizes his extensive business and technology expertise to help these customers succeed. He helps them make data-driven, improvement-focused decisions about their Dynamics ERP solutions, and overall systems architecture, and their business processes.

Bob has been both a project leader and facilitator for teams that have redesigned core business processes at organizations in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, ranging from major divisions of the Fortune 100 to small, privately held entities. Bob has also led projects involving software application definition, selection and implementation for ERP, supply chain, CRM, and other systems.
