Innovia welcomes Senior Application Consultant Mark Newman. Mark has over twelve years of experience in NAV/BC. Starting in the custom plastics compounding industry, he leveraged NAV and Jet Reports to support his company’s stride toward world-class service, operations, and quality. Mark has worked as a NAV/BC consultant with experience in all software modules and end-user needs. He enjoys the challenge of translating user and organizational requirements and processes into system inputs and outputs while working on adding meaningful value to clients.

In his downtime, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs in “America’s Coolest Small Town,” Lititz, PA. Mark is constantly rotating through new and renewed hobbies, but a constant few include home improvement projects, tinkering and breaking electronics, and biking indoors and out.

Innovia also welcomes Ben Lane, who now serves as a full-time Power Platform Consultant on Team Empower. Ben focuses on enabling businesses to leverage Microsoft Power Platform to maximize efficiency and output in their daily operations. Beginning his career as an intern with Innovia, he learned firsthand the potential behind building customized solutions that allow manufacturing businesses to visualize data and act on it to drive better business outcomes. Ben couples his passion for delivering top-notch projects with a keen eye toward operational excellence, driving significant business impact and long-term scalable ERP solutions.

A Waupaca, Wisconsin native, Ben received his B.S. in Finance and is currently pursuing his M.A. in Applied Leadership from the University of Wisconsin - Steven’s Point. He now resides in Denver, and when not at work, he divides his free time between his family and building a small farm.
