News and Updates April 2021 Customers often ask me where they can learn something about Business Central or another Microsoft Cloud product. It’s tough to find good training resources out there, especially with so many options on the table.  To help address that need, Innovia Consulting focuses heavily on providing educational resources in a wide range of formats to help every BC/NAV user get more out of their system. Whether you prefer to read about a process, see a webinar/video demonstration, or listen while you work or commute, we have resources just for you on the Innovia website.  First, let’s talk about written content. Our blogs are the main star here, with several new postings each week from our staff and partners on every topic imaginable. While we do feature a few of them in our monthly newsletter, I encourage you to sign up for our weekly blog notification email to stay up-to-date.   I would also invite you to read our most recent free eBook that talks about how Azure helps you get back to your business. It’s a fun read that addresses many of the common objections to moving to the Cloud.  If you have a specific question about Business Central, check out our Your Questions, Our Answers section. Here you will find a growing selection of frequently asked BC/NAV questions and their answers, both with written responses and videos. Want to hear from our customers directly? Be sure to check out our written and video case studies.  Prefer to learn by seeing things in action? Our free webinars are can’t miss events bringing in both Innovia experts and ISV partners to share how you can solve some of the most pressing challenges you face. Recent examples include how to send documents electronically from Business Central and how to connect Power Apps to your Microsoft Dynamics system. If you miss them, you can always find these sessions on-demand, as well. We have an extensive library of high-quality training resources.  Our training workshops are a great resource as well for whatever your role may be at your company.  These paid learning experiences range from a few hours to several days and can be scheduled virtually or in person. Innovia customers get a 10% discount (which goes up to 20% if they have completed the CSP process with us), and many courses are priced “per company,” meaning your business pays once and as many people as you want can attend. Finally, I hope you have had a chance to subscribe to the Innovia Conversation Podcast.
