Innovia Newsletter, April, 2017
Hi there,
We just returned from our annual Customer Conference last week and I want to share the experience with you!
Attendance was fantastic with over 100 people joining us at the Chula Vista Resort in the Wisconsin Dells. Wednesday evening was a social opportunity with many compliments on the wine-tasting event held by our very own James Strack! On Thursday we had 13 ISV partners with us as well as a keynote delivered by David O’Bryan from Microsoft. David shared the vision of Dynamics 365 and NAV – no wonder we had several comments on how this felt like a mini NAVUG Summit!
There were a number of drawings to highlight, including the customer that travelled the furthest: Certified Coatings Company at 2,113 miles; which customer sent the most attendees: Culver Franchising System with 6 attendees; and our grand prize winner: Deb Mallory from Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen who won a Surface Pro!
We’ll be reviewing the session feedback forms on how to improve our event next year and we've already had a number of requests for longer breaks to do networking as well as longer and deeper sessions. Both of these suggestions potentially point to a full 2 day event. We’ll keep you posted on the exciting changes for next year's event!
A sincere thank you to the customers who took time to come to our event and to our ISV partners for truly helping to make the event possible. We appreciate you all and look forward to seeing you next year so be sure to save the date: May 16 - 17, 2018!
