Spring is here and with the warmer weather comes some really good NAV events that I want to be sure you are aware of and hopefully attending.
Our 2017 Customer Conference will start with a welcome reception the evening of April 26th and continue all day April 27th at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI. There is no cost to attend so bring as many staff as you would like. We have 24 break-out sessions, great ISV’s that are sponsoring our event, and many of our staff will be on hand as well. It is a great opportunity for direct, face-to-face interactions.
The NAV user group (NAVUG) has its Focus event on May 10th & 11th in St. Louis, MO. There are 48 deep dive sessions over 2 days, as well as partner sessions, and of course networking. Some customers have asked about the difference in this event versus Summit, and I saw a quote on their website that might help – “Summit is wide but Focus is deep”. If at all possible, attend both events, or at least one each year to evaluate the fit (and to consider sending more staff – it is amazing how one simple take-away can pay for the whole event).
NAVUG Summit is October 10th – 13th in Nashville, TN. This is a huge opportunity to gain more knowledge and build on your NAV investment. The event is 4 days with a lot of content and there is a huge expo to meet with hundreds of partners and ISV’s. There is also the pre-conference Academy on the 9th – 11th, which consists of instructor-led classroom training in a hands-on environment. We have a number of staff teaching classes again this year, but register soon as some will max out.
